Terms of Service
Draft — subject to legal review before launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SkillArena. Paid-entry competitions and cash prizes are restricted to adults who have completed identity verification, and only in countries where they are lawful.
Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Sharing, selling or transferring accounts is not allowed.
Skill competition
Games on the platform are games of skill. Results are determined by the authoritative game server. We may void or adjust results where fair-play rules are breached.
Paid competitions
Where enabled, entry fees, prize structures, refund rules and dispute windows are published for each competition before registration. Prizes are released only after results are final.
Conduct
No cheating, engine assistance, collusion, multi-accounting, harassment, or attempts to manipulate ratings or results. See the Fair Play Policy.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Decisions about cheating are made after human review, and you may appeal.
Disputes
Report problems through the in-app reporting tools. Disputes about a result must be raised within the competition’s dispute window.
